My non-traditional Spanish clases are held outside of the classroom in beautiful coffee shops or nice places around the city.
Every morning we´ll spend 3 hours studying how to communicate in different daily life situations. Then we´ll have a little preamble practice. Your language level and learning needs will be taken into consideration when designing your custom program.
We´ll visit different places where we´ll create real life situations, where you´ll be able to practice what was learned in the morning.
Later in the evening you´ll get to enjoy cultural activities such as salsa clases, going out for live music with locals, artesanal beer or taco tours, local parties or invitations, music festivals and baseball games (if the season allows it) among others.
Through all these activities you´ll be exposed to the language either by listening, producing orally, or both. You can also learn first hand how locals live, their costums and traditions while interacting with them.
Some of our themes will be:(depending on your level)

ordering food and coffee,

asking for directions and prices.

asking someone out

asking for help and buying in different stores,

finding different items and topics at museums,

cooking and eating mexican food,

watching mexican movies at the cinema to enhance listening comprehension,

creating conversations with locals,

following instructions in a Salsa class.
Small Group Experiences
Not available yet.
Every year immersion experience groups of 5 to 10 students will be open. The program will take 1 week and the activities are very similar to the individual classes.
Some of the small group activities are:
· Cooking mexican food
· Spanish Karaoke Party with locals
· Visit to local art museum
· Visit to Kino bay
· Altruistic activity
However if you have a special request, interest or learning need, you will be offered different experiences in the evening.
Personalized Group Experiences
Maybe you and your friends or family members want to come together to experience an immersion program, or maybe you and your school classmates or church members would like to come together.
